  1. Ambazonia State with Headquarters in Mamfe.

Having the following Divisions:  Manyu, Ndian, Fako, Meme, Kupe Mouanegouba, Lebialem, Menchum, Boyo, Ngoketunjia, Momo, Mezam, Bui, Donga-Mantung.
  2. Capital Territory with Headquarters in Yoko.

Having the following Divisions:  Mbam et Kim (the area after River Sanaga towards Bafia)

A second optional name is proposed for Ambazonia is Sawanie State!  Furthermore, it is to be observed that the Tikardie State is a composition of the three big provinces of the Adamoua, West and Littoral, while the Ambazonia State comprises the former Southern Cameroons – North West and South West provinces.  The Pahounie State is made up of the Centre-South of the Ahidjo era, while the East, North and Far North maintain their present configurations.

The views expressed by the CPDM MP from Akwaya touches on what constitutional experts have debated because of the lack of any Treaty of Union between two states (the Southern Cameroons and la République du Cameroun), viewed in the world as one. Both states, as a matter of fact, do have internationally recognized boundaries and different dates of “independence.” The issue raised by Hon. Aya’ah is one in which there has been reluctance at the highest level in Yaoundé to address even at any basic level for dread on opening a Pandora box of illegalities, exploitation and international intrigue that surrounds the real nature of our country.

It remains to be seen if Hon. Paul Aya’ah’s declaration that this is a country without a “constitution” and the reaction of some francophone businesses are sufficient to tickle those that man the tense relation that exists in the polity and whose openness is required for any real deliberation on the nation’s future can be addressed.

However, for reasons based on international law alone, the proposals by the businessmen seem to be a dead letter; and there is no question, given the tone of the arguments of the Southern Cameroons nationalists and the intransigence of Yaoundé in addressing the fundamental issues that face the country and her peoples.
