A Press Release from the Southern Cameroons National Council (SCNC) office signed by its Chairman, Chief Ette Otun Ayamba, on September 10, 2007 had outlined the detailed programmed of activities from September 24 to 2nd October. Immediately the Release went out, Cameroon’s security forces went into action.
